Elder Law covers a group of issues and topics that apply to many seniors. This includes:

	planning for incapacity through guardianships, powers of attorney, and advanced directives
	estate planning through Wills, Trusts and other tools and techniques
	coordinating of financial plans, with rules for government long-term care programs
	coordinating of agents and family members who provide primary bill paying, financial decision-making and care

           Elder law is a very broad area that can cover many different legal and financial topics.  It can also cross into social services issues that require coordination with government agencies, tax advisors, financial advisors, providers and geriatric care professionals.
